An angel watches over a boy and girl as they sleep on Christmas night, their bed surrounded by presents. This is one of the biggest in our collection, it is also one of the most difficult to paint and embellish because of the wonderful lace-effect around the children in their bed. The detail in this piece is particularly beautiful. On its stand it makes a Christmas centrepiece that you can admire year in, year out.
