Secure Online Ordering
Making an online purchase is easy. Just select from our catalogue the items you wish to buy and click the 'add to basket' button. The contents of your basket will then be displayed. If you wish to change the quantity of a particular item, simply amend the quantity for that item and then click the 'update basket' button. If you wish to remove items from your basket, click the 'Remove Item' check-box and then click the 'update basket' button. When you have selected all the items that you wish to purchase, click the 'checkout' button to complete the online order form with your delivery and payment details. When you place an order online, all the payment details you enter are encrypted using SSL technology before being sent over the Internet. This is the standard method for online shopping to prevent your personal information from being copied or intercepted while being transferred to our computer. On receipt of your order you will be transferred to the WorldPay online credit card payment facility. Your order details are stored in a secure IBM Lotus Domino database to keep them safe from hackers, and your credit card details are not held as clear text on any web site or computer connected directly to the Internet.
To use the online ordering facility you must have cookies enabled on your browser. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of your basket ID only, and no other details are stored. The cookie is set to expire after one day.
Offline Ordering
If you are not happy about using our secure online ordering facility we can accept your order by telephone. Simply complete and submit the online order form, but select "Offline Order" for the credit card type. Then call us on 01474 853669 to arrange payment either by credit card or cheque (note: when the lines are busy you may get through to our support department. If this happens, simply ask for Mrs Christmas and you will be transferred or you will hear an answer machine).
Cheques should be made payable to Mrs Christmas and sent Freepost to: Mrs Christmas, FREEPOST NAT12501, SEVENOAKS, TN15 7BR. (You will not need a stamp to send your order this way). Items bought by cheque will not be despatched until the funds clear.
Postage and Packing
All orders are sent First Class registered post and should normally be received within 2 working days of your order confirmation. Please see the postage & packaging charges listed with each item on the website Items sent to any off-shore islands (inc. Northern Ireland) will be sent standard First Class registered post and will take longer to be delivered. Overseas customers will be personally advised of the cost of carriage.
Back Orders
You can only order items that we have in stock and on the shelf, however our website can be up to an hour behind the stock level system. If by coincidence you order an item that has sold out in the last hour the item you purchased will be placed on back-order and despatched as soon as it arrives. You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, in which case your credit card will be immediately refunded. Items that are out of stock can still be viewed on the website, giving you the opportunity to contact us and place one on order.
Mail List
On occasions Mrs Christmas will send you short emails to let you know when new stock has arrived or to inform you early of special offers. When you place an order you can opt to be included or excluded from our mail list. We do not pass on any customer details to anybody (including email addresses because we hate spam too!). Please feel free to contact us if you wish to be included in our mailing list, or if you have received an email and wish to be removed.
Representation
Although every effort is made to provide a detailed description of each item, this is only meant as a guide and we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information. Item pictures and photos shown on this website should be used as a guide only, as each item is hand-painted colour so each piece is unique and absolute colour representation is not guaranteed.
Returns Policy
We will replace faulty goods with an identical replacement item or refund your money if the item is no longer available. Faulty items must be returned to us in their original, undamaged box within 14 days of receipt, and must not show any signs of 'wear and tear'. All returned items must be securely packaged and a certificate of posting must be obtained from the Post Office. Please call us on 01474 853 669 before returning any goods.

Prices
Mrs Christmas is a UK company and all prices quoted on the website are in pounds sterling and you will be billed in pounds sterling. If you are a customer from outside the United Kingdom, the amount you actually pay will vary depending on the exchange rate at the time.
Mrschristmas.co.uk reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time and without notice. When mrschristmas.co.uk receives an order, the customer will only pay the price published on the website at the time of ordering goods. All items advertised by mrschristmas.co.uk are subject to availability.

All complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible and we guarantee to acknowledge your complaint within five working days. Customers will be notified throughout.
Cancellation
Mrs Christmas’s satisfaction guarantee gives you the right to cancel your order within seven working days after the day you receive your goods. We will fully refund money paid for products returned to us with seals intact, including the inner label card within 30 days of cancellation. Delivery costs will be refunded, too, but the customer will be held responsible for the cost of returns.
Privacy
Mrs Christmas will not disclose your personal details to any third party.
